Choose the era
Places rebuilt with archival texture: trenches, speakeasies and mission control.
Tell the story
Ready-made archive formats: recovered reels, newsreels and eyewitness accounts.
Recovered footage
A lost reel resurfaces: scratches, flicker and all. The framing that makes history feel found, not taught.
Narrated documentary
Colourised scenes under a calm narrator, the classic prestige-documentary recipe.
Eyewitness account
One person, straight to camera, telling what they saw. History at human scale.
How it works

What creators ask
Is it presented as real archive footage?
It looks like archive but it is clearly your creation: fictional scenes with period texture, not passed off as real documents.
Which eras can I film?
From antiquity to the space age: the grade adapts (silent film, newsreel, home movie) to the period you write.
Can I monetize these videos?
Yes. Videos published while subscribed stay covered by your license, even after you cancel.
Can I make episodes in my language?
Yes. Write your idea in your language and the titles and spoken lines come back in it; the voices cover the major languages.
How long does one episode take?
Minutes, not days. The scenes generate one after another while you watch, then you pick the voice and the music and export.
Can I add voice and music?
Yes, inside the same flow: voices to choose from, and the soundtrack picked straight from Distribea's music library.
What do I need to start?
One sentence and a plan, from Starter. No camera, no microphone, no editing software.
Your first episode is one sentence away.
From €19,99 a month billed yearly (€29,99 monthly). No commitment on the monthly plan.
